- Superbugs- Antibiotic resistance and alternative possible solutions.
- This is a growing menace and seems likely to get worse over time. Overuse of antibiotics in medicine and agriculture has created the problem.
- Various solutions present themselves from alternative medicine, although it may not be easy sometimes in serious cases even with this arsenal of methods from many types of traditional medicine.
- However alternatives include Spectrochrome Colour Therapy, Mudras, Sujok, Homeopathy, Chinese medicine and numerous other alternative medicine possibilities.
- Many of these health disciplines are discussed on other pages on this website, so also look at those pages.

Various well known substances have antibiotic and / or antifungal properties. Neem is one of the most versatile, being used to treat a vast number of health conditions.
Neem is considered less likely to induce resistance than antibiotics are, but of course that cannot be ruled out entirely either in the long run, microbes are very adaptable. In India Neem is known as "the village pharmacy".
Others with antibiotic properties include honey, onion, garlic, ginger, goldenseal and a long list of other herbs of various types.
Colloidal silver is often considered the answer to infections but I have never used it so I do not know how effective it is. There is a lot of literature on it though.
Spectrochrome Colour Therapy is one way of dealing with the overall situation, although colour therapy locally is also often effective.
